Personal relationships in companies

Mastering challenges and conflicts in organisations through more relationship competence

My mission statement of personal relations in companies

Let us align our entrepreneurial and professional competences with our own personality. Through self-reflection and contact with our feelings, our own personal development becomes the greatest possible lever for successful and equal teamwork.

With this emotional intelligence we change the quality of relationships in the company, develop more relationship competence and find completely new approaches to solutions, especially for conflict situations. The human being, with all his or her potential, is at the centre and can fully unfold through empathy and appreciation.

STRONG RELATIONSHIPS PROVIDE SECURITY IN DYNAMIC TIMES

Individual support for your company

My tasks can be very diverse, but at the core it is always about how people relate to each other in a professional or organisational context.

Conflicts among colleagues, crises between business partners, frustration and high fluctuation in teams or the accompaniment of change processes on a personal relationship level, all these examples illustrate for me the need not only to interact on a professional level, but also to be able to meet each other authentically and constructively on a personal level.

Consulting as unique as your organisation

What exactly you need in your company does not fit into a prefabricated solution concept that I work through with you in a presentation. I am interested in what is really at the core of your problem situation, why you therefore see a need for action and what you hope to gain from our joint work.

Whether in confidential one-on-one conversations, consultations in threes or sessions in larger groups, the decisive factor for me is our agreement that we will work together in a protected and constructive framework on an authentic and equal cooperation.

Make an appointment

I look forward to your enquiry and am curious about what moves you. We can arrange an initial consultation to discuss how I can support you. Consultations are available in German and English and can take place either in-house at your place or in my facilities in Berlin Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf.

Exploring new paths together

About me

I was born in Berlin and live here with my wife and two children. Previously, I lived in the USA, Spain and Switzerland.

"I want to be successful and independent" was my motivation for entering the entrepreneurial world. Already in 2003, during my business studies at the Free University of Berlin, I started my first company. To this day, I feel an enormous drive to tackle issues and get started straight away.

I have founded several companies - always with a focus on the digital sector. From bootstrapping and organic growth to venture capital financing, I've gone through many satisfying and successful stages so far, but also ones that threatened my existence and were very stressful.

Emotions come into play

In 2009 my son was born and three years later my daughter. I was now a father - and highly motivated to do my best. What kind of father do I want to be? How do I balance my work with my family life? How do my wife and I treat each other as parents?

Books by Jesper Juul were my introduction to a basic attitude of equal and appreciative relationships at eye level in the family. But it was only when I accompanied my wife in her training as a family and couples therapist that I realised: I want to deal more intensively with my feelings, beliefs and my past.

That is why I completed my own experiential training as a family and couple therapist according to Jesper Juul and Helle Jensen at the German-Danish Institute for Family Therapy and Counselling (DDIF) for four years.

Relationship work

While I have already accompanied and supported people in my companies, I have been able to accompany intensive and personal development processes in several hundred counseling sessions with couples and families by now.

For me, counselling people in organisations, especially in difficult situations, combines in a meaningful way, on the one hand, my entrepreneurial competence and, on the other hand, my ability to perceive and acknowledge people in their situation and to discover new perspectives together.
